Hilda finally got fed up with Leonie and Lysithea harassing her about slacking off. She figured the best way to get them off her back was to show them the real value of taking it easy. A few days inside her boots, working hard to keep her pretty feet sweat-free should do the trick.
After a couple days, her “friends” weren’t doing enough to live up to their ideals for Hilda’s tastes. Sure it was hot today, but that was no excuse for the sweat currently running down her soles. She’d even gone easy on them and made sure to air out her feet in the afternoon breeze.
Hilda pondered making an exception to her usual efforts to avoid effort. Maybe today was the day to give serious training a try, just this once. Hilda smirked as she reached for her stuffy boots. It was time to show her little friends just how easy they’d had it
