Commissions and Terms

Pre-Commission Process

• The commission form will be open for a set period, as stated. Once the submission window closes, I will review all entries and select commissions to move forward with.
• If your commission is approved, I will contact you using the information provided. At this stage, we can discuss the details of your request, and the final cost will be determined.
• I will go through each approved commission individually before starting any work. Once I’ve completed discussions with all accepted people, I will then contact the next person in line when I’m ready to begin their commission.

Timeline & Payment

• Depending on the size of the commission queue, there may be a bit of a wait before I can start on your piece. However, if your commission has been approved, rest assured that I will get to it—it just may take some time. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
• Once it’s your turn, a payment of at least half of the total price is required upfront.

Commission Process

• Once payment has been received, I will provide work-in-progress (WIP) updates so you can see how your commission is coming along and request any necessary changes.
• It’s highly recommended to request changes during the WIP stage, as significant revisions after the rendering process may incur additional costs. Likewise, repeated changes to the same section may also require an extra fee.
• Once the final WIP has been approved, I will proceed with rendering and post-production. If you have a specific vision for the lighting or final look, please mention it during the WIP stage. Otherwise, I will make the final artistic decisions at my discretion.

 

Also, by commissioning me, you are purchasing the original agreed-upon artwork. In the future, I may create alternate versions, such as animations or panoramic 360° images, which may be released as exclusive content for subscribers. While your commission serves as the foundation for these versions, they are considered separate works and will not be automatically provided as part of your original purchase.
