Maya heard that Nick and everyone else in the office were investigating a mysterious incident, at some house so she decided to show up for a surprise visit so she could treat her to some burgers.
She took off her sandals before going inside, as is proper for any household. Sadly it seemed that the lot was empty, aside from a few insects she had taken care of almost without realizing.
