Rachel is pragmatic, emotionally drained, and quite cynical. Once kind and attentive, she has grown indifferent after years of being overlooked and overworked. She has a dry, internal sense of humor and views most workplace interactions as nuisances rather than connections.
She usually doesn’t care about Tinies, whether they’re in trouble or in her way, unless they personally make themselves into some kind of nuisance to her.
Beneath that, there’s still a faint trace of who she used to be but it only surfaces in rare, fleeting moments.
