Minako uses the ray and restores Theodore back to his original size. She would have done the same to Margaret and Elizabeth, but after seeing that they clearly have no intention of treating him any better, she figured it’s gonna take a lot more to get them to learn their lesson.
She’ll just have to keep then with her to continue their punishment a bit longer after all…
