Temari’s voice boomed from on high over the sound of Shikamaru’s heartbeat pounding in his ears. When he had initially mentioned in passing that he needed to find a new training partner he never in a thousand years would’ve imagined Temari would volunteer. In hindsight, he really should’ve known better. When she approached him with a special ‘Training Method’ from the Sand Village he never even thought twice of it. With a knowing smirk, however, Temari made a few hand signs and now here he was, tiny and scrambling to escape the shadow of her foot.
“Hope you aren’t too worked up. We’re just getting started.” Temari boomed again with a thunderous snort. Until his training was done, there would be no escaping from the immense blonde; and considering only she knew the technique to reverse this – He had a feeling it was gonna be a long, long time from now.
